1. 1. Appointment Cancellation:
      • • You can cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
        • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
   2. Refund Policy:
      • • Full refunds will be processed for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the session.
        • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
        • For prepaid packages , partial refunds may apply as per the service terms.
   3. No-Show Policy:
      • • If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee will be non-refundable.
   4. Exceptional Cases:
      • • In exceptional circumstances, such as health emergencies or technical issues during online sessions, we may consider partial or full refunds at our discretion.
